Sport is good for health. However, most people are reluctant to exercise because of various reasons. For those of you who do not have time to exercise, try walking for 20 minutes a day if you want to live longer.

These are the findings of Cambridge University that reveals the great benefits of daily exercise.

According to researchers, lack of exercise are more likely to die doubled compared to obese people.

In this study, Cambridge University studied 334 thousand who perform simple activities throughout his life. And this means a lot of advantages. Walking 20 minutes a day or its equivalent reduce premature death nearly a third as reported by MailOnline, Friday (16/01/2015).

But researchers can not say how long the extra life to be gained by walking 20 minutes.

"It is a simple message, just a little bit of physical activity every day for health for people who are not physically active," said study leader Ulf Ekelund.

Although the researchers found a 20-minute workout can make a difference, you should do more exercise than that time. Because physical exercise has many health benefits that an important part of our daily lives.

Walking briskly for 20 minutes can burn 90 to 110 calories. This study reported in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The authors define premature death due to die before the age of the average.
